About Us
Solstice Foods began with Monique Howard’s passion for home-cooked, healthy meals. What started as a holiday tradition of gifting our signature dark chocolate sea salt granola quickly grew into a mission to share delicious, organic granola with the community.
Made with love in Watsonville, CA, our granola uses organic ingredients, gluten-free oats, and maple syrup for a vegan, gluten-friendly treat. We currently offer four unique flavors, rotating seasonal offerings.
Since launching in Spring 2023, we've expanded from pop-ups in Santa Cruz to regular appearances at markets in Monterey County. Catch us at local markets, including the Saturday Salinas Farmers Market, and pop up events in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey counties!
